3 Mile Weekend Walk

Why not try a longer weekend walk? Take the family out? Meet up with friends for a socially distant chat. Explore somewhere new or discover something closer to home. There are two weekends during the Festival. Try to do a 3 mile walk each weekend.

Whether you walk alone, in company, with adults or with children walking a bit further is good for your mental and physical health. It can be fun and relaxed or if you walk briskly it can be good for fitness too!
